2-Day CFI Refresher

Instructors
This 2-day course will be presented by Fred Abrams and Terry Lankford, both veteran aviation instructors with more than 15,000 hours of "dual given" between them. Fred is also a nationally known aviation lecturer, humorist, volunteer FAASTeam Representitive, and former Air Force KC-135 simulator operator.

 

Terry is equally well known having written more than a half-dozen text books on aviation weather, Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM), and other aviation safety related topics, including the syllabus for our FIRC program. His background includes a career as a Flight Service Station Enroute Flight Advisory Specialist. He has owned several general aviation aircraft and has flown them coast to coast on a number of occasions. He has more experience on both sides of the telephone weather briefing than most of us have in the cockpit.
